The US Dollar Exchange Rate is Back at a Level of IDR 15,500

Indonesia, Andrianus.my.id -The United States (US) dollar exchange rate today returned to the green zone. After yesterday touching the Rp. 15,300 level, today the US dollar against the rupiah has returned to the Rp. 15,500 zone.

Quoting RTI data, Tuesday (6/12/2022), it was recorded that the US dollar fell 77 points (0.50%) to a level of IDR 15,498.

The movement of the US dollar exchange rate against the rupiah today is at its highest level at Rp. 15,526 and the lowest is Rp. 15,421.

During the week, the US dollar exchange rate weakened by 1.52%, if seen in a month it has fallen 1.24%. Meanwhile, if it is withdrawn from the beginning of the year, the US dollar is still recorded as strengthening 8.67%.

The US dollar exchange rate today moves in both directions. The US dollar weakened against the New Zealand dollar, Australian dollar to pound sterling. But the US dollar is still strengthening against the Korean won, Thai baht to the Chinese yuan.

Meanwhile, the rupiah weakened against almost all world currencies. Garuda's currency only strengthened against the Korean won and the Thai baht.
